Visible Skills Portfolio (VISKIO) is a portal that measures and visualises skills that learners develop through their experiences, interests and activities, obtained through non-formal and informal learning.
Learners in any setting, for example, upskilling professionals or students in HEIs.
VISKIO allows you to showcase your unique skills and competences and challenge yourself and peers to further develop your career and employability. Do you ever feel your CV does not fully convey your achievements? VISKIO shows your peers, assessors, and future employers what you are made of. It goes beyond CVs and academic certifications.
Demonstrate your daily tasks and projects as challenges that show what you are capable of. Get feedback from peers and experts in the field.

Challenges are an attractive way of assessement that leaves space for more peer-assessment and external feedback, facilitating a strong feedback culture in the classroom, institution and beyond.
Assessing students based on challenge-setting will support you in encouraging a proactive attitude and increase intrinsic motivation, allowing students to hone the transversal skills necessary beyond the classroom and controlled environment.
